We are all victims of it. We all have moments of feeling insignificant and lacking self belief and doubt. Things may not go to plan and so we start talking badly to ourselves. We start to believe the naysayers that surround us and forget why we ARE amazing. Worse still, we scroll popular social media platforms to be confronted with pictures of people with amazing abs. Celebrities with all the wealth and possessions money could buy. Our ability to even achieve a small amount of comfort that these people have seems a distant dream. STOP NOW. Did you realise just how amazing you actually are?! Regardless of what you have in your bank or what social status you currently hold in your community you must remember, you are an important part of THIS planet.

We Are ALL An Important Part Of This Planet
Did you know that you are one in a million of little sperms that fertilised your mother’s egg.
Firstly, you are lucky to be the one born., You have an opportunity to experience life on this planet. If we are lucky, we get 80 years or so to experience all life has to offer. Did you know, although you live in one corner of the earth you share it with 7.53 billion people (as well as many various forms of animals) .
Did you know that it is incredible that you are able to experience life on this planet with whatever your state of affairs.
Whatever it is you have to experience, our planet is an amazing place and I dearly hope you manage to explore it. The more you see different parts of it, meet different types of people and experience different cultures it opens your mind.
It is a great feeling to know, you are a part of this planet we call home and we should be proud to know that no matter who you are, we affect each other. We cannot always picture this when we are living our individual lives from day to day.
That is why it is important to take different perspectives now and again.
