I’m Hayley and I’m an Integrative Psychotherapist using a combination of modalities, techniques and creativity to ensure that you get what you need from your therapy. You may be struggling with any number of life’s challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low self esteem or maybe even a fear/phobia that causes you stress. I am here to help you manage your physical, emotional and psychological well-being for the better. I take a holistic approach in my practice offering support and encouragement for all areas of your life.

I offer Counselling & Psychotherapy either online or face to face, for anything that you may be finding a little overwhelming at the moment. I also offer Brain Working Recursive Therapy (BWRT) for many issues and specialise in working with fears and phobias using this therapy.
