Stress, makes us unwell and if not dealt with, over a period of time can create serious illness. Our minds can control us with all the mind chatter, but when relaxed we are open to help begin the healing we need. The body has the power to heal itself, take back control, let go of negative self-talk and find that peace of who you are.

We have learnt to fit in to be whatever we are expected to be and sometimes in the process we have lost the ability to listen to what our body or life is telling us we need. Without listening we lose touch with our ability to nurture ourselves, take responsibility for what we need, to enables us to grow and be who we came here to be.

I offer talking therapies and body therapies, both have a place to help with healing the mind, body and spirit. Aromatherapy and Reflexology relaxes and releases stress, Reiki is wonderful for emotional and physical dis-ease and Hypnotherapy reaches into the subconscious mind to change outmoded and/or other people’s beliefs and replace them with beliefs that help you to be the best you can at that particular point in your life. Life Coaching helps you to find what you really want from life and find a way to achieve it.
