I am Anne Whelan, Director of Aire Valley Holistics, based in Bradford, West Yorkshire . I am a fully qualified, insured and registered Reflexology, Reiki and Natural Lift Facial Massage practitioner.

I first qualified in Reflexology in 1999, studying with the British School of Reflexology and since then have added Reiki and Natural Lift Facial Massage to my qualifications.As a member of The Association of Reflexologists, The British Reflexology Association, The Reiki Association and The Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council, I am required to continually develop my knowledge as part of my professional development.

Aire Valley Holistics is located in Revive Salon , Idle, Bradford, West Yorkshire, BD10 9LD and is also within easy reach of Shipley, Leeds, Keighley, Halifax and many other areas of West Yorkshire.There is ample parking close by and also a regular bus service from Bradford (640/641), and also Shipley Market Square (660) with stops a short walk from the salon.

Every treatment I give is completely personalised and dependent on each persons needs. After the treatment we will discuss the findings and the best way forward for you. One treatment may be all you wanted or you could book a course, the usual recommended plan being six treatments, once per week.

Aftercare support is always provided with any of my treatments. This may include reflex points on the hand to treat at home, relaxation techniques as well as you being able to contact me if you have any queries about your treatment.
