A safe, confidential place to explore your own difficulties, struggles or confusions. Struggling can be a lonely, isolating place and sometimes we need more than just talking with family or friends. Talking to a counsellor about how you really feel can be a challenging but valuable healing experience. As such I offer a confidential and trusted space in which you can feel free to express yourself, be heard, and unjudged.

I offer Psychotherapeutic counselling, CBT, Trauma Therapy, Rewind Therapy, EFT and NLP. My speciality is in bereavement and loss (including infant loss), severe anxiety and depression, panic attacks, trauma and chronic stress. I offer a unique collaborative approach which trusts in you being the best expert on you. The choice, in terms of the ways in which you want to work and what you want to focus on, is yours. I’m a member of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (MBACP) and work within their ethical framework. I am committed to providing a non-judgemental and confidential service.
