Christina is a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist and meditation teacher. Following an extensive journey of personal growth to conquer her own anxiety and Complex PTSD, Christina has decided to make it her life mission to help victims of childhood trauma to turn their lives around.

Christina also has over 8 years of experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment, so understands the vital importance of learning how to train the mind and body to slow down. Christina has seen the incredible benefits of incorporating meditation, CBT and hypnotherapy into her own lifestyle to reduce the harmful effects of chronic stress and is passionate about teaching others how to improve the quality of their life too.

I use the power of positive suggestion to bring about subconscious change to your thoughts, feelings and behaviour. By applying my techniques, I will help you relax the conscious part of your mind while stimulating your subconscious mind to absorb my positive suggestions and re-wire your neural pathways. I will provide space and guidance to help you on your journey of self-discovery and empower you to adopt a positive mind-set and more helpful patterns of behaviour.

Hypnotherapy takes place in a safe space, where I will listen to you with sensitivity and empathy. We all experience times of difficulty in our lives, when events or relationships feel overwhelming, or we can feel a loss of direction or purpose. l will help you make sense of these challenging times and guide you towards a better understanding of yourself and your feelings.

I offer consultations via zoom, whatsApp or in person at my office in South Kensington, London. I am also available for home visits if required.
