I am a fully qualified integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist and a registered member of the BACP. I am currently offering both short and long term therapy online via video link and over the phone.

I will provide a space of safety, warmth, empathy and acceptance where you can completely be yourself, be truly heard and talk through your difficulties without fear of judgement.

I work holistically and tailor the therapy to suit you using techniques from different therapies. I will work alongside you to help you gain clarity, understanding and a way forward.

I will help you to recognise and utilise your inner strengths and increase your self awareness. I work in a way that will enable you to increase the connection within yourself and to others thereby increasing your wellbeing.

I offer a free 30 minute no-obligation session where we can discuss your needs and what you are hoping to gain from therapy.

I am fully insured, registered with the ICO and have completed additional training in Online and Telephone Counselling.

As a registered member of the BACP, I abide by their ethical framework and am committed to regular supervision and continued professional development.
