I offer a variety of therapies to help a client to reach their therapeutic goal. I help clients focus on their goals and discover the best steps for them to take to achieve the desired outcome. Teaching tools along the way, but looking at the person as a whole, not just their mind, but their body too.

Using a variety of therapies from Solution-focused to Cognitive behavioural therapy, NLP and mindfulness, clients learn to be able to use them for themselves outside the clinic setting.

Fussy Eating – mixing hypnotherapy with nutrition to help fussy eaters expand their diet.
Phobias – including fear of flying, fear of dogs, fear of needles and hospitals.
