We offer complementary therapies tailored to musculo-skeletal body problems and aim to improve your sense of well-being , help you de-stress and relax. The focus is predominantly on Bowen Therapy but we also offer Reiki and Angel Readings

Bowen Therapy is a soft tissue remedial therapy designed to rebalance the body by stimulating the nervous system through fascial release and gentle rolling movements over key muscle structures in the body. Bowen Therapy has been used to support a variety of conditions both acute and chronic.

Bowen Therapy is a gentle technique applying very light pressure over the muscles making it accessible to all ages from babies through to the elderly
