I am a psychodynamic counsellor, and a GTCS registered teacher with experience of working in Scotland and Poland. Working with children and young people has been always my passion.

I provide individual sessions for children and young people (4- 25), psychological consultations, and therapeutic workshops for parents. I work in English and Polish.

In my therapeutic work with children, I use Play Therapy, Sandtray and Art Therapy. These methods help children inhabit their natural, familiar world of play and metaphor, where they feel safe. Older children and young adults often prefer talking therapy, but it depends on each individuals’ needs and interests.

Although different methods may be used for counselling children and young people (depending on a child’s age, problems and their developmental needs), my therapeutic aim is always the same; to help individuals cope better with their emotions and feelings, express themselves better, deal with traumatic events and develop a better understanding of their world.

I am a BACP member (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy), and my client is always my primary concern.
