bullying, self harm, relationship issues, family issues, work related stress, career development and deliver workshops.

I have gained a vast amount experience working over 17 years in social work, key-worker role, support worker, coach worker, employability and consultant adviser. I have been able to help so many people and families with problems struggling to cope with their lives with alcohol issues, housing issues, parenting skills, domestic violence, mental health, physical health, depression, anxiety and low mood. I understand the impact of work related stress, difficult working relationships, those who feel they are in the wrong job, redundancy and retirement on personal well-being. I have a wealth of experience helping others. I have a passion for art and studied art foundation at college. I use creative forms of counselling for example art, visualisation and mindfulness.
