I believe that engaging with therapy can be a great place to begin that process and I would love to go on that journey with you. My name is Naomi and I created Gracious Therapy with you in mind, to provide a safe, non-judgemental environment, where you can talk through your challenges and learn to better understand yourself. I want to provide you with a confidential and trusted space, for you to share your struggles and find a new way forward.

I have worked with a number of mental health challenges including anxiety, stress, depression and trauma, using techniques rooted in person-centred and cognitive behavioural therapies. I am able to tailor the therapy on offer to best suit your needs, depending on the type of challenges you have been finding difficult to move through.

I offer a free initial telephone consultation to allow us to discuss what you would like to gain from your therapy and to give you the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.
