I am a fully qualified integrative therapist. I work collaboratively with my clients and would tailor each session to your individual needs or your needs as a couple/family to ensure that your therapeutic experience is enhanced and the goals you wish to achieve are reached.

I provide a safe space in which you can explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours in order to gain a greater understanding of where you are at right now and what you may need to do or change to get to where you would like to be.
