I am a professional member of UKATA, BACP and the NCS and abide by their code of ethics. I am professionally supervised by a qualified supervisor and I regularly undertake training as part of my commitment to ethical practice and continued personal development.
My main way of working is TA (Transactional Analysis), however, one size doesn’t fit all so I believe in tailoring my approach to meet your specific needs and requirements. Therefore I will at times include NLP, CBT and creative/artistic/sand tray work. I also use Person Centered skills and believe that by developing a strong therapeutic relationship you will have a good solid base from which you can grow and develop.
