If you have something you need to talk about and are finding the words hard to say, please come and speak in confidence with someone that will listen to you and not judge you. Everything is held in confidence and is on a one to one basis in a warm safe and friendly environment . It’s good to talk! There are two counsellors at this practice, so we are sure we can find a convenient time of day or evening that suits you. We also follow the BACP Ethical Framework for Counselling Professions.
The qualification that I hold are a level 4 diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is Person Centred it’s about the here and now.
I have had specialist training in drugs and alcohol and also training with people that have suffered domestic abuse sexually or physically, but am able to work with anyone that feels that they need help and support with what they are going through, we can take the journey together.
