Hi, I am Stuart, I have been a therapist since starting in 1993 after graduating from University. Over nearly 27 years I have worked on a wide range of cases, but have found myself specializing in long term depression, long term stress and anxiety, and complex trauma (CPTSD / PTSD / Loss / Grief / Child sexual abuse / Abuse).

Over the years I have completed graduate and post-graduate accreditation as a psychotherapist – hypnotherapist – counsellor – analyst, additional Bachelor degrees in Psychology and Philosophy areas, an MSc Psychology, large amounts of Continuous Professional Development, and additional specialties.

I have been drawn to integrative and multi-modal work, combining different forms of psychological therapy, body work, somatic work, psycho-education, self-regulation, personal development, and analysis.

I draw on a lot of somatic and attachment work, neurological underpinning knowledge and self care, and a variety of analysis based methods.

Recently I completed my internationally validated Certification in Clinical Trauma Practice (CCTP) which is a post-graduate award in integrative, specialist complex trauma practice.

I use research evidenced techniques as core parts of individualised holistic therapy, therefore offering assistance that is both effective and personal to your needs.

I work with a range range of clients, but have special knowledge and additional experience with LGBT/BDSM, those with diverse spirituality, and ex armed forces.
