Welcome! I am a humanistic and integrative counsellor, experienced in working with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, neurodivergence and post-traumatic growth.

I offer a flexible approach to counselling, which provides you with a choice as to how much time and money you would like to invest into sessions at any point in your life. This flexibility gives you the option of either booking a single session at a time or ongoing therapy (initially of up to six sessions).

I work Online/by Telephone with individual adults (18+), mainly early mornings/evenings and weekends, with appointments being either up to 60 minutes or 90 minutes long.
