As a therapist, my goal is to provide my clients a safe and confidential environment to explore whatever difficulties they may be having in their lives. People choose to come to counselling for many different reasons and I have supported my clients through many issues such as family difficulties, domestic abuse, work/school place stress or bullying, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety and many more. When these issues are not addressed, they can manifest causing us much distress and can even make us physically unwell.

I can help you to explore these issues and develop skills that will help you maintain a more positive outlook in life. My aim as a therapist is to help you get to the root of the issue that you are dealing with as this can support you in the future, getting to the root of difficulties gives us a better understanding of why we deal with things a certain way, why we repeat unhealthy patterns and in turn gives us the determination to develop healthier ways of managing things. I have extensive experience in working with both adults and young people. I offer both long and short term work within the East Belfast area.
