Details

I am a qualified, experienced integrative counsellor with extensive training in counselling and psychotherapy over 5 years. I believe a strong therapeutic relationship between client and the counsellor is vital to most integrative approaches.I draw on humanistic (person centred ) and psychoanalytic theories where relevant.

I have experience working successfully with clients on a number of issues including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem and confidence. I have worked within counselling agencies, educational settings and NHS clinics.
