Here at Rooted Earth Therapies, my main aim is for you to feel welcomed, relaxed and cared for. I wholly believe that each treatment should be tailored to suit you, so that we can work together to create the perfect experience to suit your requirements. Whether you have specific ailments, problem areas or just need to relax and un-wind after a day at work, each treatment is designed to help you feel relaxed, refreshed and revitalised.

I offer Chakra Energy Readings, Aromatherapy, Reiki, Indian Head Massage and Deep Tissue Massage, all of which can be used to help reduce stress and anxiety, relax the mind and body and to ease muscle pain and discomfort.

I offer 30min/60min and 90min treatments for all of the above therapies, giving you the option for shorter or longer treatments to suit your needs. I also offer an option to design a treatment plan for you, that will encompass a number of different techniques and therapies. This type of plan will give you a well-rounded and holistic approach to healing and well-being, where we can work together to create the perfect treatment for you.
