ONLINE EFT Level 1 Training Course, EFT International Approved

EFT really works and the theory is now supported by scientific studies. If you are struggling with emotional issues or work with people in distress you really need to try this out!

This is a 4 module course, one module per week for 4 weeks.
It is a highly interactive course using the Zoom format, delivering exactly the same content and high standard of training as our in person EFT Level 1 course.

The course will give you the foundations of EFT theory plus plenty of practice time. You will finish the course feeling empowered, knowing enough to begin to handle some of your own emotional issues and begin to work informally with other people.

Open to any adult with an interest in understanding themselves and other people, an interest in personal development or anyone who just wants to learn how to feel better. This course is also the first step towards professional certification in EFT for anyone thinking of a career change or therapists who want to add to their toolkit of techniques.
