I am a Certified Practitioner in the methods of Energy Psychology ( Wrist Kinesiology, Chakra and Emotional Freedom Techniques). Using a holistic approach to gently assist a person to successfully move towards; Reduction of  anxiety, depression, trauma, overcoming addictions, overcoming limiting beliefs regarding relationships, finances, personal potential, sports performance, studies, business, arts, weight loss and maintenance and more.

I am passionate and committed to assisting people each step of the way.

    The Heart-seat of The Soul has been really beneficial. The chakra work, EFT and dream works that David provides has helped with my emotional and mental wellbeing and helped shift long term problematic beliefs and thoughts. Would recommend.
