Ashwood Therapy provides a discreet, confidential and professional online counselling service.

It is run by Rob Oglesby, a fully qualified and insured therapeutic counsellor who is a registered member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO UK).

The service is provided in three ways:

Video Call – live, secure, 50 minute long ‘face- to- face’ counselling support through your computer, tablet or smartphone
Email – compose your thoughts when you are ready and send securely; you will receive a weekly reply to your message(s)
Instant Messaging (IM) – a 50 minute, live text- based chat session through your PC, laptop, tablet computer or smartphone

Counselling takes place securely over the Internet, and flexible, confidential appointments are designed to be available where and when you want them, at a time to suit you, and to fit in with your other commitments. Ashwood Therapy is an exclusively online service.
