I am an experienced and qualified Counselling Psychologist registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).

I completed my Masters degree in Counselling Psychology at Roehampton University where I trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Psychodynamic and Person Centred therapy. Additionally, I draw on Mentalization based therapy and EMDR to inform my practice.

I work in a collaborative and supportive way to gain and provide a better understanding of your presenting issues allowing you to become aware of why you are experiencing emotional upheaval. I believe that when you gain insight into your difficulties you are then able to work towards positive change by moving forward in your life, achieving empowerment and confidence. Additionally, I believe that establishing a good therapeutic relationship based on trust and respect enables you to reach whatever goals you set out to achieve in therapy.
