I offer an integrative approach, drawing on a number of therapeutic approaches. I recognise that a one-size-fits-all therapy approach does not meet the needs of individuals, so I will work with you to find out how I can best support you. My approach includes self-directed goals, creativity and CBT techniques. I am also a qualified LEGO Therapist.

Life’s journey can be wonderful, but it isn’t always an easy road – there are curves to navigate, bumps to manage and sometimes the road is closed; we can find ourselves in places that we could never predict. It is during these challenging times where you may experience a range of emotions, some might seem quite overwhelming. Talking to those around us, can be useful. However, we may not want to hear what they ‘think’ we ‘should’ do, or for those who we have confided in, asking ‘how are you getting on?’ Sometimes we just want to be heard in a confidential, non-judgmental space.
