As an Aromatherapist, I offer therapeutic massage to support your body’s natural healing rhythms. The massage is gentle and enables the essential oils I carefully blend for you to enter the bloodstream and ease your symptoms of distress. I can help people with physical pain conditions, mental health challenges, stress conditions, sleep complaints, skin concerns, digestive issues and many other worries. Aromatherapy helps to balance mind, body and soul and provides deep relaxation and relief. Aromatherapy is beneficial for the whole family, whatever age and supportive in pregnancy.

As a Weleda Wellbeing Advisor, I offer complimentary skincare consultations and wellness reviews by phone, Zoom or in person. I am able to make recommendations to support a return to health using Weleda’s natural medicines and therapeutic body care products.
