I am a psychologist and psychotherapist with a degree in Psychology and Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy and with ten years of significant and progressive experience in the field of mental health. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). From 2006 to 2015, I have been registered as a psychologist and psychotherapist with the Professional Body Sicily, Italy (No. 3800 / A).

To explain what a psychotherapeutic process can do for you, imagine your psyche as a room; full of success, love, autonomy, but also full of fear, loss and sadness. Often in everyday life, we prefer don’t look at what is going wrong because it is painful, so we prefer to turn off the light in the room. But just because we can not see what’s wrong, what’s hurting us, it does not mean it does not exist. The pain is still there, we are just walking into a dark room and soon or later we will end up crashing into our pain. Psychotherapy helps you to turn the light on and deal with your problems, transforming them where it’s possible, and learning to control them where it is not. I offer psychotherapy and counselling sessions in English and Italian for a wide range of psychological problems. I work with individuals, couples and groups.

All sessions have a duration of 50 minutes and a cost of £ 45.00 for individual therapy with payment in advance (£ 55.00 for couples therapy).

At the end of each session will be issued an official receipt. My rates are subject to annual review, in April.

I receive by appointment on Thursdays and Fridays for face to face sessions and on Wednesdays for sessions online.

Currently, due to Covid-19 all the sessions are online until further notice.
