How therapy can help
It isn’t easy to decide on therapy. Sometimes you think if you just continue and plod things will somehow get better on their own. Sometimes they do. But sometimes they don’t or in fact they may worsen. Psychotherapy, in my eyes, is a journey in which there is a seeking-after of personal, emotional truths and knowledge; a process that is in direct contrast to this turning away, or staying in the dark. Therapy steps in to help you to know yourself, your inner and psychic truths along with both your vulnerability and your destructiveness. It’s not easy being a client but talking to me will be.
