Hello, my name is Lindsey and I am a Integrative Counsellor.

Life is challenging at the best of times and with so much change going on brought about by this global pandemic, life can feel even more stressful and difficult to navigate. If you are suffering with anxiety, depression, feeling angry, or fearful or feeling like things are out of control, I can help. Together we will work to understand your feelings and help you sort out what is going on or getting in the way of you living a happy and more satisfying life. You may want support whilst facing an acute crisis or need help in tackling issues that are more deep rooted.

I believe in your ability to find your own answers, make decisions and to know what is ultimately right for you. I am here to facilitate you in discovering who you are and how you would like your life to be. In everyone’s lives there are challenges and difficulties that can be hard to navigate or work through alone. At times we all experience problems and issues that can feel overwhelming or leave us feeling stuck. This is when talking to someone who understands you can really help. I will support you to help you gain a better understanding of yourself and your relationships.

My aim is to help you create the life you want. If there are changes you would like to make, I can support you in identifying and making those changes. We will work together so that you can tackle any issues that may stop you from fulfilling your potential or living your life to the fullest.
