I qualified as a Mental Heath Nurse at Cardiff University. I studied a Post Graduate Certificate in Evidence Based Therapies at University of Reading in 2017 and a Post Graduate Diploma In Psychological Therapies Practice (High Intensity CBT) from University of Exeter in 2018.

As an Online CBT Therapist, I specialise in Online CBT. I have extensive expereince in online CBT for OCD, PTSD, Trauma Memories, Sleep and Performance Anxiety.

I have a special interest in working with difficulties that are not diagnostic driven, and are interventions tailored to the individual.

I trained as a EMDR Therapist by the prestigious EMDR Europe trainers.
