I am a clinical hypnotherapist specialising in stress, anxiety and depression management, working in the Folkestone and surrounding area. I have a diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy & Counselling Skills, and I am registered with the General Hypnotherapy Register and the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.

Each session is run with the client in mind. Everybody is different therefore the unique needs and traits of clients are always considered before putting a specific plan together. I offer a friendly, empathic and non-judgemental environment to help create positive change for all my clients.

Whilst I specialise in helping with anxiety and stress, I can also help you in many other areas. Whether you have issues such as phobias, smoking cessation, motivation, low self-esteem, weight management, etc, I can help you.

I am also a second-dan black belt and instructor in Aikido. From this experience, I am keen to use hypnosis and visualisation in martial arts and other sports in order to improve focus and performance.
