I am a complimentary health therapist specialising in Holistic Massage, Thai Yoga Massage, Reiki healing and guided meditation.

Holistic Massage is an oil based treatment which aids relaxation and stress management.

Thai Yoga Massage is carried out on the floor fully clothed, working on energy lines/meridians and includes yoga stretches to remove energy blockages in the body.

Reiki is gentle energy healing carried out fully clothed with the laying on of hands, transferring universal life energy from the practitioner to the client.

Guided Meditation where I guide you into stillness and the present moment, allowing space for you to return to yourself.

I have benefited from all the therapies I offer on my own personal journey to health and wellbeing and would welcome the opportunity to share them with you.
