I am a qualified counsellor and supervisor working with an Integrative Person-Centred philosophy. This means I work in a way that uses a variety of counselling approaches which I adapt to the needs of the person I am working with. The work we do is confidential, safe and non-judgemental which helps develop the therapeutic relationship we build. I won’t tell you what to do, but together we will look at ways for you to see your difficulties in a different light allowing you to see new perspectives on your life.

My counselling experience includes working with children and young adults in private practice, school and college settings. I also work with adults on a wide range of issues and trained in family mediation.

I have extensive experience working with children and young people in the Looked After system and those on the Autistic Spectrum. I am a trained bereavement counsellor and have lectured on a Foundation Degree course to counsellors in training. I hold an enhanced DBS check.
