My name is Sj and I am Relate trained and qualified in the UK, now working in Private Practice. Although my specialism is in Relationships, I also deal with all types of issues that affect people, including but not limited to: depression, anxiety, addiction, trauma, sexual & physical abuse etc. I work with individuals, couples and families. I am a trained Mediator, with the aim for amicable separation, finance and/or child contact agreements. I am also a Nutrient Therapist, helping people with chronic illness and lifestyle changes.
My Specialism – Having completed my last 2 years of training with Relate dealing with couples and families, I offer private Relationship therapy as well. If you are having issues with any type of relationship, I can help you create a healthy foundation to build on. I also teach other Counsellors in Relationship Therapy.

I am based in Gravesend – North East Kent and have a large therapy room that can accommodate families comfortably but I also offer home visits if there are issues with getting to me/childcare issues. I also offer telephone and online counselling if that is preferable.

My fees are – Individuals – £45, Couples – £60, Families – £100
