I am a person-centred counsellor based in Eastbourne. I am able to deliver counselling sessions both on a short or long term basis, either face to face, over the phone or online.

I believe that individuals deserve an opportunity to reach their full potential, to grow and to change as a human being. Whatever the reason may be to seek counselling; whether for improving your mental health and wellbeing, or as a result of more difficult circumstances in life, I strive to offer a safe, confidential and nurturing environment for you.

I work in a person-centred way, which means that I will not judge or direct you or what you chose to bring to therapy. I believe that by being a genuine, empathic and grounding presence for you, you will have a trusted companion on your journey with me in therapy.

I am passionate about supporting my clients to explore their issues, feelings, beliefs, behaviours and worldview, so that they may become more self-aware and achieve a greater sense of self. Therefore we will work at your pace, with what you chose to bring to the therapeutic relationship, you are the expert of your world.
