I offer face to face confidential counselling sessions and I also teach counselling and have written a series of lesson manuals on effective listening skills, counselling theory and personal development available through Amazon and Lulu Press. My courses can be accessed online via Udemy.com. I am also a counselling supervisor and offer supervision to students and practicing counsellors. I am fully qualified with a post graduate diploma in counselling from Nottingham University and I have a wealth of experience having been involved in counselling for more than twenty years.
