I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A), Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), and Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) practicing in the Charleston area. I received my Bachelor’s in Psychology from the College of Charleston and Master’s in Clinical Counseling from Wake Forest University.

Individual Counseling

I offer individual counseling sessions for children (ages 5+), teens and adults on a variety of mental health concerns. I have worked in an outpatient therapeutic environment since 2016 with a variety of populations including, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, ODD, domestic violence, anger management, parent training, substance abuse, couples, and general life transitions and stress.

Family and Parent Counseling
Is your family struggling with a big transition? Is your child not listening to you? Are you going through a divorce or family separation? Or do you just want to find ways to reconnect as a family unit? I work with you as a family and as individuals to cope with transitions and life stressors. I also offer parent behavioral training to parents of children struggling with behavioral problems where I train you on evidenced-based strategies to help improve compliance and reduce overall behaviors.
