Hi, I’m Lisa from Mac Hypnotherapy.  I specialise in Anxiety, Depression, Trauma, & Grief.

I also work in eliminating habits/phobias/fears, and  help clients who need confidence and self-esteem building, weight loss, smoking, etc.

No issue is too big or too small.  I offer sessions online as well as face-face. I aim to help you create the life you want, ridding the past, and building a new and exciting future. Please look for my Facebook page where you will see testimonials from clients.

I am a down to earth person and will make you feel at ease.  My aim in life is to help as many people as I can, and raise mental health awareness.

    Brilliant.
    Lisa is very competent and easy to talk to.

    She has managed to hypnotise me through WhatsApp video.

    She always want to self improve/do better and regularly talks to her menor.
