As this happens you will be more present, more resilient, and your spirits will lift. As a therapist, I often help people who are struggling with life, anxiety, depression, or addiction. My practice is based in central Bristol. I am trained in an approach combining parts of psychotherapy with newer methods including mindfulness. In recent years I have been supported by two psychologists who have helped me understand how our thinking works more deeply. We can work together in Bristol, or via Skype.
