For the last 14 days, Deepak and Oprah have been offering one of their meditations for free. The idea is to try and help bring a sense of peace during these uncertain times. It is well known we are big advocates of meditation here at Seek A Therapy and Deepak does an excellent job of being your guide.

Our Review Of The Free Guided Meditations By Deepak Chopra

We joined the 21-day meditation late so we are only up to day no.4 but, so far, so good. They last around 20 minutes each and do provide a sense of peace and clarity on completition. Each day Deepak gives you a mantra to focus on whilst meditating and also a topic. Once you have this in mind, very peaceful music is played as Deepak guides you. For a moment, he stops speaking and lets you just meditate on the mantra and at peace to the sounds and vibrations.

I can honestly say, it is well worth getting this app, please experience it for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!
