Introduction To Focusing – Improving Our Relationship With Ourselves

£60.00Focusing is a natural skill which supports wellbeing and ongoing self-exploration. Connect with your body, improve your relationship with yourself, support overwhelming emotions and connect with your intuition. Step into a way of experiencing that is more nuanced, rich and alive. The workshop is highly experiential and explores the ‘felt sense’ and Focusing listening. Optional day two and further weekends lead to a BFA Certificate in Focusing Skills.
