At Battle of Mind we believe strongly in the use of the arts to help alleviate feelings of depression and anxiety and music was one great tool that helped the founder of BoM find his way through the minefield that is depression. In this post we discuss the idea of creating music playlists to help you improve your mood and reduce anxiety.

Creating music playlists on YouTube

Many of you may already have YouTube accounts but do you actively create playlists? Battle of Mind recommends taking time to create a music playlist to help you feel good by having music you know helps improve your mood easily accessible.

Sorry if you guys already know what you are doing but incase you don’t this 8 minute tutorial will help you understand how to create your very own playlists.

P.S. If you do already know how to do this then please be conscious of the type of music you are choosing to listen to and how it makes you feel when you listen. If you feel any sense of sadness you should choose not to add that to your uplifting list.
